CIVIQ Society has a new member, Masashi Asano.
His studies include a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Management.
He has worked for the consulting firms and experienced consulting work over 6 years (as of 4/21/2020). Through his job experience, he has provided lots of M&A service (e.g. Valuation, PPA, Business due-diligence, IT due-diligence, carve-out and PMI).
